CEF India

Thomas and Valsa Abraham served together for many years in India until Thomas' death a few years ago. Valsa continues the work there with many others who serve alongside her. This effort has resulted in thousands coming to Jesus, the building of numerous church buildings and in helping the economy of the local area by setting up schools and teaching centers.

GHANA Christian Mission

Pastor Enoch Nyador started Ghana Christian Mission in Ghana in 1987 and continues to lead it as the Executive Director.

“The mission of Ghana Christian Mission (GCM) is to give the Hope of the Gospel to all the people of Ghana, spiritually and physically. We endeavor to be caring hearts, praying mouths, giving hands, and going feet for the Master of the harvest, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We thank Him for the grace given us to serve Him in our four key areas: Church Planting, Medical Outreach, Christian Education, and Community Development.”

Visit ghanachristianmission.com for more information about this mission and additional ways to support the people there.

2021 Enoch has stepped down from the Executive Director and his Son Wisdom Nyador has took over and is continuing in Enoch’s footsteps.

Bridges to Life Portugal

Robert and Darlani were members here at Central many years ago and are the son and daughter-in-law of Tom and Libby Fife. Robert and Darlani serve in Portugal as their home base but also reach out to congregations in Africa and other parts of Europe. They have planted several congregations during their tenure in Portugal.

The Nelson’s Papua New Guinea

Ken and Sheila are members of Wycliffe Bible Translators. God has called them to Papua New Guinea in the South Pacific where they support the work of Bible translation. There are over 820 languages spoken in Papua New Guinea and approximately 300 of them are still in need of Bible translation. Sheila teaches high-school science at Ukarumpa International School, while Ken is the Administration Manager in the Construction and Maintenance (CAM) Division at Ukarumpa. Their positions make it possible for translators to remain in the villages and give their full attention to translating the Bible for those who have never heard.

Ken and Sheila invite you to prayerfully consider how you might partner with them in their Wycliffe ministry through your prayers and financial gifts. Your gift in obedience to the Great Commission will enable them to “go and make disciples of all nations” in the name of Jesus!
