Bob Roberson

Senior Minster

Bob graduated from Abilene Christian College and then the University of Arizona College of Law. In between these two schools, he spent 4 years in the United States Air Force that included a tour of Viet Nam. After many years as an attorney in Arizona, he went to seminary in Johnson City and became a minister. He has served at Central since 2005 except for a 1-year absence. He is married to Debbie and has two daughters, Veronica and Valerie, a son-in-law Stephen and two grandchildren, Hailey, and Brooklyn.

John Livingston

Involvement Minister / Youth Minister

John came on board as staff in January 2021. He had been attending here since 2015. He has volunteered in the Children’s Ministry as the Team Lead since 2017. He has a passion to teach the younger kids and our youth. He has a desire to reach out into the community to build relationships through Jesus Christ. John is Married to his wonderful Wife Heather since 2019. John and Heather both love the Lord and love Central Christian.

Shelly Mangiacotti

Interim Worship Leader

Shelly and her husband Jim have attended Central Christian Church since 1998 and
have raised their three daughters, Stephanie, Kayla and Mandy in this church as well. Shelly served as the Worship Leader from 2006 until retiring from the
position at the end of 2019. During her time as worship leader, she also led the
Central Christian Church Choir for Easter and Christmas Cantatas as well as
directed a combined Christian Church Choir for the annual Jonesborough Area
Ministerial Association (JAMA) Christmas Concert for several years. Additionally, Shelly has served as Music Director for several productions at the Jonesborough Repertory Theatre.
Shelly truly enjoys “Singing to the King” and leading others to worship Christ
through music.
